This I must say is the most sacred question you may ever ask in your entire lifetime, how can I get to know this Jesus? Well it is the easiest thing in the world. Many have different names for this encounter, some call it being "born again", some call it "becoming a Christian" and others call it "getting saved". While all of the above is correct, you see, for me it was something deeper, I think it was a falling in love experience, so deeply in love with someone I could not see but yet I knew he was alive and real. I adored him from day one.
Today, you can get to know this same Jesus just by asking him into your heart, you see I believe this relationship with God is a heart to heart thing, a falling in love thing and he is waiting for you today to say yes to what promises to be the beginning of the most thrilling experience of your life. All you have to do is pray the prayer below and Jesus will come into your heart.
Dear Jesus, I come before you today with a desire to know you. I invite you into my heart to come and fill my life with your love and presence. I believe that you are the son of God and that you died for me on the cross to save me. I give you my heart and my love and I ask you to be the Lord of my life.
